Update through translation

Hi everyone, I've prepared an updated version of the article, which you can find in my sandbox.

The update aims to complete the Lead and History sections and add the Operations, Factories, and Governance paragraphs by translating content already present in the Italian version. In the sandbox, I have highlighted the content I would add in green. If there are no objections, I will proceed with the update in the coming weeks. Of course, any advice and opinions are welcome. January 2026 update - lead section

Hello editors, I'm currently employed by Tenaris and I want to propose some changes to make the article up to date and more accurate.

Below, I explain what I would change in the lead section and why. I have also included a preview of the differences between the original text and my proposal, as well as supporting references. I hope this is helpful.

Proposed edits:

• update of sales data to 2024;
• addition of the stock exchanges on which the company is listed.

Hello, it's me again. Continuing with my update proposal, this is my request regarding the History section. The content I'm suggesting to add has been translated from the Italian version of the article.

Proposed edits:

• addition of more precise information regarding the founding of Tenaris in 2001;
• mention of various acquisitions made by the company between 2004 and 2023 (Silcotub, SPIJ, Saudi Steel Pipe, Bredero Shaw International);
• correction of the name "Dalmine" to "Dalmine Energie" in the sentence "In September 2006, it sold 75% of Dalmine, its Italian energy supply business, to E.ON for €39 million."

Reason for the change: the current History section provides partial information on the company's origins and development over time. It therefore needs to be supplemented with the relevant missing information.

Suggested text:

"Tenaris has its registered office in Luxembourg, while its production facilities are in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Romania, the United Arab Emirates and the United States."

Reason for the change: currently the article does not provide enough content on the main production facilities of the company.

"Tenaris operates globally in the production and supply of steel pipes and related services mainly for the energy industry, particularly for oil and gas. Its integrated production system covers all essential phases, from steelmaking to pipe rolling, heat treatment, threading, and finishing."

Reason for the change: currently the article does not provide a clear description of the company's main activities.
