    Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
    Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
    Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
    QPQ: Done.

    Overall: Article is new enough and long enough (tool notwithstanding, given that it reads the geolocation poorly). Copyvio tool shows no issues. Couldn't quite read the clipping, so AGF there. I am not sure on the hook fact, however. Signing a petition for something is not necessarily being against something else.
