Merger proposal Temple Butte Limestone into Temple Butte Formation
[edit]I propose to merge Temple Butte Limestone into Temple Butte Formation. These are two pages about exactly the same stratigraphic unit and have the same scope. Judging from current usage in the literature and it beng composed of predominantly dolomite or sandy dolomite, the Temple Butte Formation is the preferred name for the merged article. I think that the content in the Temple Butte Limestone article can easily be incorporated with a minimum of editing in the context of Temple Butte Formation, and the Temple Butte Formation article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Temple Butte Limestone will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned.
