Halafian Culture in general?

It would be nice if someone would do an article on the Halafian Culture in general. This article kind of confusingly deals with Tel Halaf and the entire Halafian culture, without really distinguishing between or defining the two. Thanks. 74.75.36.40 20:42, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Tell Halaf is an archaeological site, so this page should exist. I agree that another page should be made termed Halaf culture and that it should not redirect to here. I oppose changing the name of this page to "Guzana"; the site was only named that way during a short period of its existence; it's silly to refer to "Guzana" in an article dealing with prehistory or another period for which we do not know the name of Tell Halaf. -- Zoeperkoe (talk) 04:48, 4 December 2010 (UTC)

List of cities beginning with Tell

Tell is an Arabic word meaning hill. It is used to designate archaeological sites. There is no need for a list of sites with names starting with tell, especially since it is often left out (Tell Halaf is also often simply called Halaf).
