Refer to WP:DETAIL, the topics highlighted on those reddit pages contain an excessive amount of intricate detail that may interest only a particular audience. Reddit is also considered a generally unreliable source as per WP:RSPREDDIT. A quick look also reveals that the lists you linked contain quote-mining and are generally in bad faith.
