Regarding the tags placed on this article in April 2011

Two tags were placed on this article in April 2011, one for notability and one for sounding like an ad. I started this article; as to notability, it's on a significant and interesting Oregon company, products made in Oregon and distributed nationally and internationally -- and has an interesting history. It's not an ad nor, in my view, does it sound like advertising; there's no puffery in it. Please inform me if you think there is. All suggestions welcome. Regarding removal of tags

I removed the tags which were placed on this article. Asked for suggestions/feedback but got none regarding this. The article is NPOV (just read it and tell me where it's "advertising") ... and the company is, in my view, a notable and noteworthy Oregon company.Leoniana (talk) 15:43, 17 November 2011 (UTC)

I just came across this article and while I don't have any problem with you removing the tags, I do see two non-NPOV parts:

• The detailed list of products, since it is only sourced by the company's website, seems like a bit of overkill, I would suggest something along the lines of, "The company's products include remedies for poison ivy and rash relief, skin cleansers, insect repellents, hydrocortisone gels, and lice treatment products." Links to the generic versions of those products would be appropriate, as would a link to the Licefreee! since the article exists. The citation provided does not say anything about where the products are manufactured, and I don't think that's relevant anyway.
• The first sentence of the "Company Culture" section is pretty close to being advertising. I don't see that listing the mission statement and the name of what they call their supervisors really helps the article be NPOV. I'd suggest removing that sentence.
