Paid disclosure, objection to proposed deletion, and proposed revisions

In particular, the reproduced CEO statement in the Orange County Business Journal article should not be treated as independent reporting. I am not claiming that financing amounts, predecessor coverage or a revised draft alone establish notability.

• Removing the separate Customers and Publications sections to reduce repetition and material whose encyclopedic relevance needs stronger support.

The proposal also corrects citation placement for the headquarters and Kareo's founding date. Historical employee and provider figures are explicitly tied to the merger period.
