Personal life

[edit]

Looks like he played hockey as a wee one in Port Moody - where did he grow up? (Born in Kelowna - but grew up where? also played hockey in Langley) http://www.cbc.ca/strombo/videos.html?ID=2207612106

^He grew up in Coquitlam. I don't have a source, but I know the family personally. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.207.11.136 (talk) 23:00, 25 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Also seems like the 'non-comment' about the Philippines has disproportionate emphasis and a title that doesn't really make sense 'personal life'? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.183.57.148 (talk) 02:08, 9 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

It's not just disproportionate, it's not even moved above the realm of trivial. It's WP:UNDUE, especially for a WP:BLP. I'm sure someone, somewhere, thinks it matters. The vast majority of our readers will not, and unless it becomes a full-blown scandal that has an impact on his career, it's not biographical. I've removed it (again), as such. jæs (talk) 06:58, 17 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

German descent

[edit]

KITSCH is a well-known German surname, does anyone know more about Taylor's possible German heritage? Thanks! 91.66.8.110 (talk) 16:23, 5 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

No, it isn't. Kitsch means tacky or gaudy but I have never heard of anybody named that in Germany. Actually it is worth pointing out that every movie this guy is acting in is by definition a Kitschfilm. That is a chick-flick/b-movie!  Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.90.234.203 (talk) 04:16, 31 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please keep the new image

Just uploaded a picture from this month from the Savages Premiere from Monday June 25 2012 and the image uploaded was latest. If anyone who edits this article in future please can you carefully follow edits next time. Please keep the latest image file from the Savages premiere dated June 25, 2012. The image looks reasonable to me, but I'm willing to be overruled. Doniago (talk) 19:33, 29 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
Looks okay to me too. It's recent too.--Krystaleen 03:00, 30 June 2012 (UTC)

Friday Night Lights Movie

[edit]

In the first paragraph of "Acting Career" it says that "Kitsch has ruled out reprising the role of Riggins in a potential film sequel to the television series.[12]" However, the reference mentions nothing of the potential Friday Night Lights movie. I don't know if Kitsch has ruled it out or not. If he has, could someone locate a source that says this? If not, is it okay to take it out? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.134.183.71 (talk) 22:36, 4 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
