Seems to meet the criteria to me; I don't think the individual Taylors are important enough on their own to make proper articles (though have received their share of media coverage), but the company itself is fairly well-known and googles nicely. I don't know enough about the energy industry to expand on the company properly. There seems to be plenty of information out there, but I don't know what's important in the field for inclusion; that's probably for someone else to do.
