Origins

[edit]

I would like to see some more on the US contribution prior to the Canadian move from Kabul. I will see if I can dig some up. AKMacPherson (talk) 15:17, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Scope

[edit]

Try to remain within the TFK scope and not into too much detail about the individual units, as I believe each will merit their own page. AKMacPherson (talk) 15:17, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Evolution of Task Force Kandahar

[edit]

Naming convention for formation

[edit]

It will be a little cumbersome providing a half-decent flow as the rotation numbers are pretty confusing for the HQ and often disjointed from the battle group. The naming convention for the headquarters is a point of contention as well, floating between JTF-Afg (Joint Task Force Afghanistan), TFA (Task Force Afghanistan), JTFA (incorrectly as this is a formation under CanadaCom), JTF-A (people trying their best to differentiate between JTFA), etc. AKMacPherson (talk) 15:17, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Detailing each rotation

[edit]

Currently some rotations are just bulleted lists. I will talk to officers who were on the respective rotations to assist fleshing out into prose. AKMacPherson (talk) 09:40, 17 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
