National Tapioca Pudding Day in the U.S. is on July 15th. I wasn't able to add this to the page (I had formatting errors) One source is https://nationaltoday.com/national-tapioca-pudding-day/ and the second source is https://www.foodreference.com/html/html/july15.html.
