Back when I was a kid, in the '50s, dancers would wear something similar under their skirt so that when they twirled or spun, they were still properly covered. At the time, I learned that they were called "dancer's pants," or at least, that's what my Dad called them. If they are, and there's a proper source, it might be worthwhile to add it to the article. I'm no expert on this, but if I do run across a citation, I'll do it myself. JDZeff (talk) 21:37, 27 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
