I have a photo of Tafila that I would like to submit

I have a photo of Tafila that I would like to submit for use on the Tafila Wiki page. I took the photo myself, so it's totally okay to use.
My problem is this: I have no idea how to code a webpage, and I have no idea how to add a photo to the page. Perhaps someone skilled in such things could help me out?

Entire srticle is useless, misses its topic
[edit]This article is about the town, not the governorate, but much (most?) of its content deals with sites and topics from the wider governorate, not the town. *Always define the topic first, then stick to it.* Another aspect of the same issue: town vs. municipality of Tafilah: which one is the topic? Shouldn't a distinction be made? Clarify these two aspects of the topic's definition, erase all material not dealing with the topic (move it to *Tafilah Governorate*), and then we start talking.
