[edit]- Which cells produce TRAIL, and under what circumstances?
- Does TRAIL act on the receptors of the cell that produced it, or on some other cell?
- Is TRAIL a transmembrane protein, or is it released into the extracellular fluid? (The article states that it has "characteristics of a transmembrane protein".)
