Rating on completeness

I rated this page 2 on completeness since there is no mention of the important role sutlers played in the development of the Old Northwest. Sutlers at places like Fort Dearborn and Fort Howard used their position to launch themselves into important general enterprise. The article now focuses almost entirely on sutlers during war time, but sutlers at the peacetime frontier forts of the Old Northwest are frequently mentioned in the primary source historical literature and so deserve discussion in this article. At some point I will try to add to the article, but right now I just want to make the comment in case there is someone who is more of an immediate expert. (I am not and would need to do further research.)
