Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Sundazed Records. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Proposal to rename the article to Sundazed Music

[edit]

I would like to propose to rename this article to "Sundazed Music". As far as I can see on the official website, that is the name of the label, and the company name is "Sundazed Music, Inc." I don't see mentions of "Sundazed Records" anywhere on the website. It is either "Sundazed Music" or its abbreviated name "Sundazed". Furthermore, though this article is titled "Sundazed Records", it starts with "Sundazed Music is an American independent record label..." which is inconsistent with the article title and is not appropriate. -- Sumori (talk) 04:56, 6 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

According to the log, when this article was started, the label was mentioned as Sundazed Records in the description as well, but it was this edit which changed it to Sundazed Music, Inc. saying "Changed name of company to reflect the actual legal business operating name." Apparently no one objected to the edit and it stayed only in 2018, ", Inc." was dropped with this edit which remains as of today. I think now we need to rename the article itself to coincide with the description and the actual name of the label. Comments? -- Sumori (talk) 02:27, 7 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
Article has been moved to Sundazed Music as there were no objections to the proposal after a week. It looks like it was not possible to move this talk page and it just stayed at this old name. --Sumori (talk) 12:46, 13 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
