[edit]- Why is the infobox hiding the va names? Most of the pokemon articles don't do this
- I was going to remove this, but I saw that there were actually more voice actors listed. When there's a lot of VAs, it's not uncommon to collapse the voice actors to keep the infobox from being too long (a notable example being Ryu (Street Fighter)
- "sometimes seen with tree Pokémon species" unclear what this means
- Clarified that it means that Sudowoodo is sometimes found alongside tree-like Pokemon
- I think you should cut the mention of terratypes as it's only related to one game
- I opted to pare it down to not be so overwrought (I think it's important to discuss examples of it mimicking trees)
- Now it looks like its talking about a specific in-universe Pokémon. Maybe mention terras by name?
- Is this better?

- "This confusion lessened in future games, Dot Esports writer Yash Nair stating that Rock-type Pokémon not needing to "look like a rock"" how did the confusion lessen? Also the quote seems unrelated
- Just opted to remove this
Conception and development
[edit]- The stuff about evolution seems a little out of scope
- I added that it evolves from Bonsly to justify the inclusion
- Explain what a Baby Pokémon is, maybe add a link to Baby Pokémon
- Is this adequate?
- "POKÉTOON" -> "Pokétoon" per MOS:ALLCAPS
- Fixed
Appearances
[edit]- "Pokémon of Brock's who respects him" does Brock respect Sudowoodo or does Sudowoodo respect Brock?
- Clarified
- "In the Pokémon TV series," can you name which season(s) it appears in? This says Battle Frontier and Diamond and Pearl, though you'd be including another valnet source
- Added; I don't plan on a Sudowoodo FAC, so I think an extra Valnet shouldn't be an issue.
- "Rock type to Grass type" -> "Rock-type to Grass-type" for consistency
- Fixed
Critical reception
[edit]- "adding that its" -> "however its"
- Fixed
- "comparing its role to Snorlax" in what way?
- Clarified
- "Whritenour pondered whether it had killed the rest of its species in the games" this seems like a joke not a serious observation
- Didn't catch that initially; opted to just remove it altogether
- Can you clarify refs 29 and 30 are separate articles?
- Clarified
References
[edit]- Spotchecks find nothing
- Ref 9, "GO" -> "Go"
- I'm a little confused on this; shouldn't we stick with the style the article titled it as?
- No. Per MOS:ALLCAPS

- Can you replace the "Behind the Voice Actors" citations? It's fine if you can't but their only borderline reliable and I would much rather a stronger source used
- I tried to find a better source before relying on BTVA, but to no avail
