Proposed merge with Small intestinal submucosa

The “Small Intestinal Submucosa” page was created to highlight the use of small intestinal submucosa (SIS) as a biomaterial in the manufacturing of medical devices, and is meant to be separate from the anatomical discussion of the submucosa. --KABielak (talk) 21:47, 20 January 2014 (UTC)
Discovery section to detailed
[edit]The section 'Discovery' seems to highlight a single scientific article. In my opinion, this section is too detailed and focused on a single reference.
