Acoustics

"Shitcan Alley"
[edit]According to Seth Meyers and Rachel Dratch a set on the side of Studio 8H is referred to as Shitcan Alley (named so by Dratch), because the audience can't directly see the stage and will laugh less at any sketch performed there. The only other mention of the phrase I can find is Kenan Thompson talking about the SNL sketch rankings, where the bottom is also referred to as Shitcan Alley. — jonas (talk) 19:05, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
