[edit]
The following is an archived discussion of the DYK nomination of the article below. Please do not modify this page. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page (such as this nomination's talk page, the article's talk page or Wikipedia talk:Did you know), unless there is consensus to re-open the discussion at this page. You can locate your hook here. No further edits should be made to this page.

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation

    QPQ: No - See below
Overall: Article seems to be good for the most part. It's new enough, long enough, sourced, neutral, and free of plagiarism, plus the hook is cited in the article and interesting. One QPQ is done, though the nomination also says 2 are required here (let me know if this is not accurate; I'm still a novice reviewer). One more thing I want to note is that there are a few sentences that should be copyedited a bit, like While Strike 3 defend their actions as defending themselves against piracy.... Link20XX (talk) 11:03, 7 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Warriors is a double nom and counts as two QPQs. I'll have a look at the article when I'm more with it.--Launchballer 16:14, 7 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
I think this is ready now. QPQ was my misunderstanding and the text reads much more naturally now. Still not perfect, but it's good enough in my opinion. Link20XX (talk) 06:26, 10 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
@Launchballer: Which DYK criteria does this fall under? I don't see that it was expanded fivefold, but I might have misread it. Z E T AC 21:16, 23 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
    Just noticed it was a redirect, apologies. Z E T AC 21:21, 23 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

    My edits

    [edit]

@Launchballer, @Link20XX, and @HurricaneZeta: I have edited the article to more neutrally present the company's history and its litigation tactics and accurately describe the court proceedings. I have attributed sources as needed and fixed MOS:SAID issues. I also made some structural edits to separate out different topics into different paragraphs. voorts (talk/contributions) 04:00, 27 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

    I missed that @Sandstein was attributed as a co-author. voorts (talk/contributions) 04:01, 27 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
This "copyright troll" in wikivoice was a framing that Sandstein insisted on. Hemiauchenia (talk) 17:29, 27 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
    There clearly isn't adequate sourcing for that. voorts (talk/contributions) 17:32, 27 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
I don't disagree, which is why I tried removing it previously , which Sandstein reverted . Hemiauchenia (talk) 17:34, 27 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
