Fair use rationale for Image:Spas KievanRus.jpg

Image:Spas KievanRus.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. I find this statement hard to believe because I looked at the map and the campus is some 7 km outside the Moscow outer perimeter wall (which is now the Garden ring road). This makes no military sense. Correction

As I explained in the edit summary, the second Guard regiment created to replace the Streltsy was the Semenovsky Regiment, not the Izmailovzky. Izmail was not part of Russia at the time, and the Izmailovsky regiment would not be created until nearly a hundred years later, during Catherine II's reign. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.142.18.191 (talk) 05:49, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
