• No QPQ needed, as this is the creator's first nomination. Article is new enough and long enough. Hooks are interesting and cited, but ALT1 is a bit less interesting than the others and ALT2 could be a bit more pithy. Some Earwig triggers with direct copy-pasting of a few sentences, e.g. The University of Akron was willing to loan their campus, platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime were interested in buying the streaming rights for Streamer University. Proposal: I propose splitting the "Legal issues" section into a standalone article titled Gottfried v. Night Media, Inc. et al.

Rationale:

Removal and long-term scope of participant tables

There have been multiple edits adding participant lists to the Streamer University article. These additions have generally been removed due to concerns that a complete list of participants may fall under WP:NOTDIR (Wikipedia is not a directory). Currently, the article contains "Faculty" and "Students" sections that list individuals involved with Streamer University. I would like to seek consensus on whether these lists are appropriate for inclusion, and if so, what scope they should have.

Rationale

I believe that the tables in the article should be removed for these reasons:

1. WP:NOTDIR (Wikipedia is not a directory): Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a complete directory, roster, or attendee log for events. Including exhaustive tables listing many "notable" individuals participant—regardless of how minor their role was during the stream—conflicts directly with WP:NOTDIR.
2. WP:TMI: WP:TMI emphasizes evaluating the encyclopedic significance of content. Routine or trivial notes currently included in the tables (e.g., "Presented Kai Cenat with a live rat as a gift..." or "Unboxed Drake's gifted care package...") add excessive, low-level detail that lacks long-term encyclopedic value.

Proposed Action: Establish a local consensus to permanent removal of "Faculty", "Students", and general participant table directories from this article (both for current and future annual iterations).
