Proposed Move from Strathcona Refinery (Imperial Oil) to Strathcona Refinery

After doing some research, I found that there are no other refineries named Strathcona, therefore I would like to propose that this article be moved from Strathcona Refinery (Imperial Oil) to Strathcona Refinery because the use of Imperial Oil in the article name is redundant and unnecessary.
