General Tidy up

I've just tidied up this page a bit, and removed some stuff which I thought was POV or advertising. In fact the stuff is not removed completely, just hidden (I hope it's OK to do that, but I wasn't sure if what I was doing was correct). It'd be great if someone with a bit more knowledge of Strandhill would improve on it, but I can't. --The.Q | Talk 15:42, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

Restructure March 2017

  I came to ensure that it was emphasised it was not safe to swim (though I have swum there) and went WP:BOLD and did some restructuring as the amenities prologue simply didn't work for me and had too many gems hidden in it. I've added a little content here and there, a few references, citations and links hither and thither.
