I have significantly revised this draft to address the previous rejection regarding LLM-generated tone. I have implemented the following changes:
Narrative Rewrite: Converted all previous bulleted lists into a neutral, encyclopedic narrative to remove "essay-like" qualities.

@GraphLumen I've accepted the draft, however the La Vie au Grand Air citation has a 404 error message. Could you please check the URL? Also, please check the two INPI citations. It may be that the servers are in France, and can't be accessed in the US?
