Assessment

[edit]

I am rating this as C-class. It needs a section covering ==Route==, and the lead to be expanded to make a B (for UKW at least). Bob1960evens (talk) 09:07, 23 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Pappoos 1 Hoax

[edit]

I have removed the following content from the article.

The trail is also part of the bigger Papposs 1 trail linking London with Bishop's Stortford, Cambridge and The Wash.

I believe the Pappoos 1 article is a hoax. The only evidence for it on the net is copies of this article, or discussion that it is probably a hoax. The Stort Navigation article was originally created in 2004 with just a link to the Pappoos 1 article. I have marked the Pappoos 1 article with a hoax tag. If anyone knows differently, please supply relevant sources. Bob1960evens (talk) 12:31, 23 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Article was deleted on 7 January 2012, as a hoax. Bob1960evens (talk) 23:21, 13 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Bizarre that the same editor created this article - probably to add weight to the hoax. I wonder how long it will take to filter through to other sites that quote Wikipedia!  Ronhjones  (Talk) 01:29, 14 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
