Referencing a pending lawsuit, Marcussen v City of Carpinteria, Alewright, LLC dba Island Brewing Company, may be sanctioned and allowed on Wikipedia pages; I am in no way fluent in Wikipedia policies and protocols, however, the description of the suit’s allegations at the top of the Stephen Marcussen Wikipedia entry is false because it is woefully incomplete and poorly sourced. One statement was issued by Stephen Marcussen in connection with the pending lawsuit after the suit was filed in September 2025. The lawsuit can be found on-line.
