I have been under the impression that the page number should be viewable if tied to a link? Please advise if that's not the case. If you cannot see the sources, please do not remove the content with misleading edit summaries. Sources do not even have to be online, let alone linked correctly, and Google Books presents different views depending on your location in the world. @Sitush:: I see, thanks for the info. It does seem, per my edit summary, that his death being tied to Alan J. Lee's is not relevant. The top searches I pulled on Lee today are mostly Amazon links, Google Books links, one book review of his, a Hull alumni page... Lee may or may not be notable (I take the broad view of notability); mention of his death in the Stephen Koss article does not seem necessary--it just seems thrown in there.
