[edit]While this topic is notable, I've had trouble finding mainstream media coverage of state aid. Therefore 2 of the references in this article are link to press releases by advocacy organizations. In those cases, the article refers to the statistical information discussed in the press releases. It takes no position on the advocacy-related material. You can help improve this article by adding more neutral and comprehensive sources.
