Copyright violations, unencyclopedic tone

Wikipedia does not accept material copied from websites, unless the owner of the website explicitly grants permission. See WP:COPYVIO for how this might be accomplished. I have blanked sections which I found were copied directly from the site . The remaining sections read like they were copied from official library publications, and are not encyclopedic in their tone, being promotional and sounding like they speak on behalf of the library, rather than being a referenced and objective article about that institution.
