Image copyright problem with Image:King Crimson Red.jpg

The image Image:King Crimson Red.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Is it just me...
[edit]..or is this the silliest thing ever: ""Starless" is the only song on Red that was performed live by the album's lineup, being a standard of the band's 1974 concerts." Isn't Providence a LIVE TRACK? How can Starless be the only song played live if Providence is itself a live recording? I'm deleting that sentence.--119.225.64.161 (talk) 23:51, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
