Parents

According to public records, Stan's parents were Paul Simmonds and Charlotte Sheppey. However, I've only included this in the article inside comments, because as it stand this is my own original research and I've been unable to find a third-party source.--Pfold (talk) 19:49, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

Marriage

The published source, the Moncrieff-Bray Gallery, gives his marriage date as 1947. However, public records indicate that Stanley W Simmonds married Cynthia K King in Lewisham -- they were both living in Blackheath at the time -- in the third quarter of 1950. Bible Christian chapel

GenUKI has this "There was a Wesleyan Methodist and a Baptist chapel in the Churchtown, and a Bible Christian chapel at Trecrogo Lane-end." South Petherwin. So only one such chapel there; it is however a detail of very little importance. Johnsoniensis (talk) 20:41, 3 December 2022 (UTC)
