In the first paragraph, I wrote that the article only describes the language used for specifying the input instances. What I mean is that the article currently describes the language only. I agree that the article can benefit from a description of the planner. But a description of the monkey and bananas problem using the formal language described in the initial part of the article would also be helpful.
