Naming
[edit]@Necrothesp:, noting your title change, there is quite a lot of usage of St. Ninians with the extra period. It appears on 19th century maps held at National Library of Scotland, still appears on some directional road signs in the area, and on some - but not all - local Council pages such as this page about the local play park. So not clearcut, but the redirect can resolve it. AllyD (talk) 12:14, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
- In general, we do not use the full stop after St in British English articles on Wikipedia. It is still sometimes used, but far more commonly omitted. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:25, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
