I've moved this from SpringHill Entertainment to SpringHill Company. Per the sources cited, the former is one of three previous companies that were merged to create a new company under the latter name. Also the company's website calls itself SpringHill Company. I should also mention that, having added two RS cites, I left the notability tag there on purpose: although the company's establishment was covered at the time, I don't know how much if anything has been since. And that coverage was probably mostly due to the celebrities behind the venture. What I'm saying is, the company may or may not be notable; I don't feel I'm in a position to judge that so left it for others. --DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:58, 8 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
