I've been in a small Metallica kick lately so I'll grab this. I just bought Benoit Clerc's All the Songs book (arrives tomorrow) so that should ideally have some extra info I can add so I'll start the review this weekend. – zmbro (talk) (cont) 14:24, 15 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

That would actually really help, I've been paranoid about if I'm missing info on this song because I don't have that book. Even after I've basically sucked all the online coverage I can find dry. Also heads up that I'm probably going to be addressing the review comments on mobile once they arrive. I doubt I'll have much Internet access on my laptop over the weekend.λ NegativeMP1 14:47, 15 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Got some info from Clerc's book into the article, primarily recording info. There's a quote from Trujillo about rerecording his bass part although I'm unsure if it currently fits with how the background is structured. Let me know if I should add it. There's also a quote from Hetfield and Ulrich about having shorter songs but it may be too much for this article. – zmbro (talk) (cont) 16:45, 17 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Assuming it is the information you just added, I think it's fine in the article. λ NegativeMP1 20:05, 17 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Overall a good article and close to being passed. Here's a few comments:

  • Link the websites on the first instance (i.e. NME, Rolling Stone, etc.)
  • Some references are missing published dates and authors (i.e. ref 7)
  • Ref 7 should have Entertainment Weekly not EW.com
  • Blabbermouth.et shouldn't be in all caps and you can remove the .net
  • AV Club should be The A.V. Club. That ref is also missing author and pub date
  • Ref 21 is missing author and website (Consequence)
  • Ref 28 Louder should be capitalized
  • Ref 30 should have the cite AV media notes template

Overall just ensure ref consistency as it's not there atm. Once these are taken care of I'll take one last look a prose. – zmbro (talk) (cont) 16:45, 17 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

I've went ahead and done everything above. This is the last moment I'll be able to access internet on a computer so I might be slow to do any reference changes, but prose edits from this point onward—if you find any more issues, should be fine. λ NegativeMP1 20:10, 17 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Copyvio detector looks good. I made some prose and final ref edits and it looks all set. Happy to  Passzmbro (talk) (cont) 14:38, 19 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
