    Antitypos

    [edit]

Given that Tiidenberg et al. (or, more likely, their copy editor) unmangled the deliberate errors in the "We Georg" quote - "the average person spends 0 hours per month. We Georg, who live in caves & spend over 23 hours on Tumblr each day, are outliers and should not have been counted" - is it worth having the original as well (or instead) ? Considering that nearly every iteration of the Spiders Georg meme replicates the spelling errors of the original on purpose, I think it's important to include them here, too. If it were a simple one-time, mistake, perhaps not, but it's an integral part of the joke at this point.

    Spiders Georg Spiders/Second

    yellow submarine

    [edit]

it is mention that people applied this to we all live in a yellow submarine but living in a yellow submarine is a binary statement the average being brought up by a single individual doesn't make sense when talking about living in a yellow submarine needs to be explain how people have applied this to "we all live in a yellow submarine" Rguyr (talk) 23:57, 21 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

    Relevant?

    [edit]

I remembered a high note-count post that ends up referencing Spiders Georg. Is this worth including? I feel that it effectively showcases the prevalence of Georg in the Tumblr community.

Addition: Another post explicitly talking about Spiders Georg, building on it even more.

Apologies if this isn't constructive, I'm new to Wikipedia and haven't quite figured out how it all works yet. 47.232.40.11 (talk) 19:52, 3 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
