"Such vehicles were also used by the South Sudanese's governement forces and associated militia's offensive in April 2018,wich enabled them to assault previously unaccessible marshlands and swamps. The offensive led to an utter flurry of human rights violations,which includes gang rapes, summary execution,tortures and enslavement of civilians."
