My opinion/view/thounghts is that this topic can be hard on those unfamiliar with the matter. I propose, as an example and in particular, to rewrite the very first sentence of the article to start things off with something understandable and telling about the subject, after hich the article can go on explaing in more detail and such. I also propose creating a Simple English article of this, possibly instead of the above. I speak partly from own experience and partly from things I've seen on other articles and stuff other users etc. have said in various places.
