I'm not sure whether this article needs to exist, but it was mentioned on the to-do list at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Statistics, so I added a bit now and can add some more over time. There is also a description of spatial descriptive statistics at geostatistics. But I don't see mentions of Ripley's K and L function anywhere else on wikipedia.
