Seeing as Starcom and Mediavest are rarely used brands of Starcom Mediavest Group why hasn't anyone researched and completed a half decent article on what is one of the top 10 largest media agencies in the world with control of vast quantities of global adspends?

• @Emir of Wikipedia and Dimant823: Spark was a sister agency of MediaVest until 2016 when they were merged together to form Mediavest|Spark. See article: https://www.adweek.com/brand-marketing/publicis-groupe-consolidates-its-media-agencies-4-global-brands-170080/. Then in 2017, Mediavest|Spark was renamed Spark Foundry.
