Is this page name outdated? I checked a couple of the recent English language sources and I don't see them using "Soviet" to refer to the network and google translate (yes I know...) on the Russian page seems to show the same thing. Can we get some Russian language experts to chime in here with some translations or sources on what the network is currently called in English?
