Clean-up needed

[edit]

I think the article as such would make a good addition to English language Wikipedia, but as it stands it is thoroughly unreadable and confusing to the reader. The text looks like it's the German language article just run through machine translation without any review of whether it can actually be read or understood. Furthermore, if it is the Soviet Control Commission as the German language article states how could the article be named People's Control Commission? The article name implies that it is a German, not a Soviet commission. Because of this it can not be assessed as anything other than a Stub-Class article, at the moment. -- Holbeche (talk) 17:30, 14 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
