"Attachment of one substance to another" misses a whole swathe of cases of sorption, including most of those listed below, and doesn't even give an accurate description of the one closest in sense. It makes it sound like Adhesion. "Movement of matter towards" seems a better start, or maybe "Net diffusion towards"... Latrissium (talk) 22:25, 23 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
