Hi. I have updated the page to state it was 1987 when Wheat Crunchies were created. This comes from the official page on KP snacks the current maker. However, I believe this may be wrong, as The Food Revolution by Wheelock, J. Verner from 1986 says it was relaunched? And then this advert in The Guardian 16 March 1985 from Rowntree has Wheat Crunchies as one of their products, as does KBE as a trade name.Davidstewartharvey (talk) 09:27, 30 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
and more! This book by John Nicholson says he was eating Wheat Crunchies in 79, while this says they were launched in 81 (though it says Nik Naks were launched in 96!Davidstewartharvey (talk) 16:39, 30 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
