Pre-2012 Outdated Tense in Business Trends

Sony Semiconductor Solutions

I would like to propose creating a separate article for Sony Semiconductor Solutions.

I have prepared a draft of the proposed article. The draft was submitted through Articles for Creation, but was declined on the grounds that Sony Semiconductor Solutions is a subtopic of the existing Sony article and that the question of whether it warrants a separate article should first be discussed here.

The proposed article covers the company's history, corporate structure, and other aspects that distinguish it from the broader Sony article.
