[edit]Software Art, New Media Art and Digital Art should be merged into only one article, stating that these are all denominations of -basically- the same cultural phenomena.
Also, it is needed to discuss some theoretical aspects of new media art (such those provided by Lev Manovich, Florian Cramer, Mark Tribe, and others), and its relationship with other contemporaneous art practices.
Selected festivals and oeuvres sections is needed but its selection criteria should also be improved.

What is software art?
