What does "...goes under..." mean
[edit]It is terrible grammar to use "goes under". What goes under what and (since legal theory is an abstract object) what does under mean? Is the author saying there is some kind sub-categorization (like an outline)? Or is s/he (pronounced suh-he) saying the same argument applies? 74.123.17.233 (talk) 17:31, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
Hume's criticism should be explicitly addressed in any of the other sections
[edit]Title says it all. IMO none of the other alleged bases for the theories addresses Hume's criticisms at all (which criticism I've always had and was glad to have found this element of Hume's philosophy this many years later.) 74.123.17.233 (talk) 17:36, 8 July 2025 (UTC) And BTW it is the basis of my main criticism of the existence of the possibility of an alleged ""FREE"" market (in particular against the convenient con that the only thing that makes the market UN-free is the government.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.123.17.233 (talk) 17:39, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
"Applications"
[edit]The "Elections" section should probably be removed or merged with the discussion of Rousseau's ideas at the beginning. Birdstan (talk) 22:11, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
