The Farsi version of the article devotes considerable space to various disputes the company has faced, with the taxi drivers' union, its own employees, and with passengers. I am not familiar enough with the Iranian media-scape to evaluate the reliability of the sources, and don't speak the language well enough to translate the material, but other companies with a similar business model (such as Uber) have faced numerous difficulties of these types. The complete omission here of any criticism strongly suggests that the current article fails Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy.
