Expansion
[edit]This article is only a definition/ reference. It requires addition information. The author needs to supply addition historical information about smirk and its history in the english language. A number of explains of when a smirk is use would help to clarify the meaning of the word. The author can also explain the origin of the word and if it is a derivative of another english word. Finally an explanation of the connotation of the implied meaning of a smirk would provide clearer understanding of the meaning. LeenaG (talk) 21:44, 20 September 2011 (UTC)
